Mass air flow/volume air flow circuit

Here's the problems guys.... My 00 max GLE would random cut off at a low rpm level at the light. P0100 code came up stating maf change. Also, I have a problem where as I press the gas pedal hard the check engine light will come on and the car will not pull. I have to ease off the gas and allow the car to gradually pick up speed. If i try to press hard I get nothing but alot of jerking. After I turn off the car and turn it back on the problem is corrected until I press hard again.
So I replaced the maf sensor and it doesnt randomly shuts off, but the same code (P0100) pops up stating MAF/Volume air flow circuit and it still stalls on me when I hit a hard bump in the road, go over a railroad track, or press hard on the gas....Nothing but high rpm around 8 or 900 at idle and a jerk when I press hard.
