what do you mean by "fully loaded"? I was quoted $30,750 as the "best price" for 6-speed with everything but nav. I know, I know, and I would never pay that, but if you can get loaded (bose, sun roof, leather, meridian, etc.) for that price, buy it.

Damn, they only wanted to give me 21K and I only have 1,836miles. Sounds like a great deal.

In Georgia, do you have to pay tax for the remaining balance after your trade in or the full price of the new car ?

If/when you buy it, let us know details (price, dealership, salesman).

To save that much money I'd be willing to go to Georgia to buy mine... I went to Sweden to buy my wife's Volvo Cross-Country, so Georgia would be a piece of cake.

bought a 2002 SE last week

Hey.. I just bought a 2002 SE 6 speed. Has leather and a sunroof and I think the only other option they offered was NAV but didn't get it.
Sticker on it was 29,480 and the dealership had a $1 over invoce sale so I picked it up for right at $27,000 w/o tax

and I know they go for cheaper

AVE 2002 Maxima SE

I just read an on-line advertisement for Quirk Cars in Braintree, MA. They are advertising a 2002 Max SE for $21,999. Now, I know a few weeks ago the price was $22,999, so I'm not sure if this present ad is a mistake or not. If not, I used Edmunds.com for the TMV (true market value) of all of the accessories. The total for every thing except the NAV was under $26,000. So if the $21,999 ($1400 under invoice) is correct, that's a great deal. Even if the $22,999 ($400 under invoice) is the correct price, I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better deal.
