VAFC2 with LRMAF/BBMAF

I am about to install the LRMAF on my car. Was seeing if you guys used the IN/OUT settings or just altered the Hvt while using the 1/1 IN/OUT setting.

Also how do you adjust the idle AFR because I connected the LRMAF and my wideband read something crazy like 20 AFR at idle; shut the car off asap when I saw that. Would it self adjust to around 14.7 on its own?

Waiting for Nmex to chime in...

Help me too please! I wanted to do this but I thought you need safc for maf scaling...

Idle afr is adjusted in the narrow throttle setting at 1000rpm.

Thanks, that gave me the courage to try it again just now.

This actually helped me create a baseline. These settings are working, a lil on the rich side at partial throttle. I haven't messed with 70% or higher throttle yet.

Nice find, would it be the same with z32 maf?

I think the 3k rpm switch over is a bit high :S even for the 3:5

Wow lots of correction to low throttle but why are there 3 corrections 3100 and above? Wouldn't it be two? Like narrow throttle hvt (for corrections at part throttle <20%, open vi from 3100rpm-redline) and wide hvt (open vi, open throttle >70% 3100rpm - redline)?

There's also a correction setting for between lvt and hvt, I don't remember what its called atm but I'd set it to 0... I believe its to add/subtract fuel in open loop just between lvt and.hvt

It's called vtec unmatch and.its on-top, additional corrections between the old vtec.point and the new.vtec.point (not seen by the ecu) so we don't need that.

What are the in/out settings for? I have the PDF vafc2 manual but it doesn't describe the function, only shows how to adjust :/

Found streetlegendz's thread but no one helped him.. http://forums.maxima.org/supercharge...-settings.html

I think 6/6 was good for him but he didn't add narrow throttle corrections, that's why his car seemed retarded when he revved it.
