Puff of smoke on Cold Start
2000 Maxima (5th gen), 140K miles, runs perfect.
After a cold start I get some smoke for several seconds. Its bluish so I'm thinking oil. I looked a 2,4,6 spark plugs and no. 6 was wet and smelled like gas, so now I'm wondering if it could be a stuck open injector washing down the cylinder and creating the smoke. OR, is it more likely a valve guide seal?
Any help or opinions would be appreciated.

You can check to see if the injectors are opening and closing by placing a screwdriver tip on top and the other end to your ear, you will hear them clicking if they are cycling. My guess would be valve guide seals. How many miles? Oil smell of gasoline?

140K miles. Starts, runs perfect. No visible smoke after warmed up.
thanks for your diagnosis.
Update: Well it turned out to be (believe it or not) a plugged PCV valve. Replaced it (hard to find though) and VOILA! No more smoke!
