Will Bad Ignition Coils, Faulty 02 Sensors, A/F Sensor, or Bank One Cat fry the ECM?

I need to replace the ECM and IACV on my 01 Maxima, but the dealership diagnosed a whole bunch of other b u l l s h i t that I'm not as worried about right now. I don't have $5000 to sink into the car, so I'm trying to get away with a "that'll be good for now" job. I know that the ECMs are very very sensitive and just break a whole bunch of sh*t in the car, along with all the sh*t in the car frying the ECM. I just need to know what needs to be replaced along with the IACV/ECM job and what could wait until I actually have the money in my pocket to do the rest myself.

I'd appreciate any help I could get. Thanks maxima.org!
