passenger rear wheel dragging?
passenger rear wheel dragging?
ok, so ive replaced my brake caliper and the hose going to the caliper with a working used unit after i had issues with the passenger rear wheel dragging, the new (used) unit is doing the same exact thing, im guessing the only explination is that the e-brake cable is possibly dragging also.
does this sound like good logic? or should i buy a brand new caliper and try again?
i set the emergency brake every time i park (6mt) and the only way ive noticed to get it un-stuck is to do a good hard power stop (foot pushing brake pedal as hard as i can) and then release the pedal and normally it isnt dragging anymore, sometimes i can feel it "pop" when it releases either way a slightly dragging rear tire in the snow this morning was not a good thing.

I had the same happen to my max Matt. I replaced the caliper, but the problem persisted. The passenger rear wheel dragged after leaving my e-brake up over night and temperature would drop below 32. After doing some research on the .org, I found out that the problem was actually the cable. I have a brand new OEM parking brake cable I was going to install on it before it got totaled. I paid $90 for it but I'll sell it to you for $40. PM me if interested.
