I am having a problem with the fitment of the passenger air bag. The air bag does not sit flush when i bolt it in. When i put the air bag in it sits fine. When i start to tighten the bolts, the top (side closest to the front window) starts to bulge out. I tried several different positions and checked for any obstructions, but it still wont sit flush. Anyone ever experience this problem? Any tips/solutions are greatly appreciated. here are some pics:

If it deployed it may have deformed it's mounting points.

It was never deployed. Mounting points look to be still in original condition
