Need help Wiring Seats

I'm wiring leather seats in my brothers 2k2 SE. We bought the seats off of a GLE. The issue is, he had a power driver side cloth seat, and its a different harness. Under the new leather seat, there are three harnesses, and the main one seems to go into a seat control unit. How do I bypass everything and wire it to get power to move the seats?

I replaced my 6th gen seats with a 6.5 pair. The ones I bought were from eBay had the plug cut off.
Some wires were different color and the passenger seat has the weight module for an automatic passenger airbag.
I bypassed that and cut the wires from my old seats a few inches away from the plug.
Then followed each wire from the old one(seeing it where it actually goes on the seat),and finding the wire on the new seat.
Like I said, wires were different colors, but everything works just perfect.
If you have AirBag on seats, make sure you take the key off ignition and disconnect the battery to avoid the AirBag flashing light on your dash.
Good luck
