Coming up on 5 years owning my Max!

I've had my car almost 5 years now, bought it with 98k miles(I think) and it just hit 135,000. After several half-assed attempts at selling it, I've decided I will be keeping it for the remainder of it's life

I was damn close to selling it last month, had a buyer ready to pay cash. The Utah winters are just too difficult with this car... But as I was searching for another vehicle, I thought to myself, what if the next car doesn't live up? This Maxima has been the absolute best car anyone can ask for. Requiring o ly tires, oil changes, a coolant flush, and last month breaks, rotors, and a right outer tie rod

I was looking at 05 4Runners, Pathfinders, and Xterras... But where would the rush come from?

Now I've come to the decision to add to the rush. I've got intake and a timing advance for now done. Next will be, in order: cat-back, y-pipe, rear sway bar, springs, rotors, tune

Is that the proper order I should go in? What kind of programming device should I use? Are there any decent piggyback/ecu programmers out there I should buy or just have someone tune it?

Thanks for the help
