Blehmco?

Anybody know if this guy is still selling stuff? Ive got two emails into him in the passed couple weeks on his website.....no responses to either. Reluctant to buy a grounding kit from someone i cant get ahold of.

My question is if he makes just clear coated copper, or colored wires too?

I've not seen Matt in a while. Looooong while. Shinjido has grounding kits available in for sale or the General for sale forums. Couple of sales going on with his products.

He was selling the business last I heard.

For general knowledge, he is a moderator on here by the way,

Thanks guys. I actually have the order form for Shin's red 5th gen grounding kit bookmarked on my browser already....lol. I was under the impression his kits are only "big three" kits though. I think Blehmco's was 5 or 7 wires. More may be unneeded but in this case I'd rather more red snakes in the engine bay for my money :P Maybe Ill PM Shin.

Looking at his recent posts, I now see why our paths haven't crossed.

Kinda neat if he fabricated all those parts on his website himself. Talk about a multitalented individual. "Moneys tight so I'll just fabricate some really good quality parts on my own and sell them until I get back up on my feet".

That gets the Book of Eli seal of approval from me...not sure about anyone else...LOL

It was nice to be around to witness it. Inspiring. Well, until the forum curse struck. You know, where all those calling out for upgrades and quality peices drew silent when the moment for payment arrived. Matt is one of those who have without question "contributed" to the .Org.

Im also debating getting a little red cone filter for my Valve cover.....would match wires and the intake cone...lol. Will this upset any sort of vacuum?

Regarding vias or brake booster? NO. Regarding the crank ventilation system, nothing significant. Although the vacuum helps vent the crank case and seal rings as the engine runs, as long as there is no positive crank case pressure (boosted applications only), then you are not going to damage anything.

I've done it for a long time.

But in order to do it right, you need to drill the PCV valve on the other manifold and also vent it.

That doesn't sound easy. I suppose there isn't really any gain other than visual? Could I just unplug the rear one from the intake or does it not go in there too?

Rear goes from the rear VC to the IM, front goes from the front VC to in between the TB and MAF.

Oh no, not another PCV discussion.

Unplugging the front and venting it to atm. causes a lean idle, and some blow by to spray into the engine bay at the VC/filter. That's the only problem.

That sounds not worth it
