2000 xle problems

Just recently a high pitched whine started.

The location is at the lower passenger door.

There are no codes and it runs fine.

TIA

It sounds like it's coming from the alternator.

Fixed it. The Bose was out so one of my friends installed a cheap radio (wrong). UN hooked the radio and no more whine. Yahoo. Now to get a working Bose for a 2000.
