Has the car been in an accident? Or smacked something really hard on the driver's side?
A body shop could check for frame damage, probably the fastest way to figure out what's wrong. I'd be looking at the LCA for signs damage or possibly worn out bushings.
For some reason the top of the wheel has been knocked out or the bottom of the wheel has been knocked in. I'm going with something knocking the bottom of the wheel in.

Nope no accidents and both lca's are like 7months old caster is Perfect. I've only had it maybe 5 months so maybe it was hit n curb but wheels don't show any sign.
How can i possibly fix it? tires are not cheap.

Do you know for a fact that the wheel alignment was okay before the LCA's were replaced? Were they replaced in an attempt to correct the positive camber? The spindle could also be tweaked from an impact.
I'm guessing you'll need to have the frame checked. Maybe check carfax for any accidents.

Has this been on a machine to tell you it has positive camber or are you looking at tire wear and assuming that?
If you're assuming based on tire wear the problem is likely toe out of adjustment or a bad ball joint, tie rod end, etc.
A really worn upper strut mount/bearing can cause that too because it will shift a bit when scrubbing in hard turns, especially on slippery surfaces.
Camber bolts are a waste of money, they're only used for guys who adjust camber at the track, or really regularly. Sorry that you didn't know that. I made that mistake back in the day also.
All you have to do if you need more adjustment is hog out the strut holes a bit more, loosen the bolts and set the camber, then tighten the bolts. That's it.

I say its positive camber cause its VERY noticable before i put camber bolts in like top of tire poked out big time. now u have to give it a good look to see it but still is wearing hell out outside of my tires.
i thought about drilling hole longer on strut cause their cheap ebay yellow sport struts maybe the holes weren't measured correctly. and didn't know it could be a strut mount but i know for sure they are bad. ill replace them and see where it takes me.

I wouldn't spend a single penny except for an alignment machine.
If you have a smart phone you can download an alligment app. Put your car on a nice level spot drive forward and back in a straight line without turning then get out and put the phone flat against the rim (has to be perfectly flat, use a piece of steel or wood if you need to). This will let you check the camber for free.
Doing repairs when you have no clue what is wrong is a big mistake. There's a very good chance there is nothing wrong with the camber. I'd put money on it unless the car has been smashed up.
