Besides PIAA, which bulbs are best for H4's/H3's?

Hey fellas/ladies,

I've already done a search and found that there are many complaints about the PIAA bulb life. I'm looking for an alternative to the PIAA's and need your help, so I'm posting a poll for your opinions.

I'm looking to get new headlight/foglight bulb replacements eventually, and they must match as far as color goes. I am no longer interested in getting PIAA's at all, so don't post about them, you'll probably be doing a search for this thread once they burn out in 6 months or so anyway. No blue or yellow tinted ones either, just really clean and white. I've heard multiple stories about the PIAA Xtremes and Superwhites burning out in approximately 6 months and don't want the same problem. I'm looking for a wattage that won't fry my wiring harness and doesn't have crazy glare. Price isn't really an issue, but I'd assume they'd be less expensive than the ungodly priced PIAA's.

Key points:
1) Very white light, preferably brighter as well.
2) Good visibility at night, in rain/snow, and in fog.
3) Low glare.
4) Correct wattage.
5) Extended bulb lifespan.
6) Moderate to affordable price.

Any recommendations about bulbs other than PIAA's are welcome. Please list the manufacturer, bulb name, wattage, experience, problems, or any other pertinent information about them. Thanx & please don't flame!!! I don't post very often, unless I deem it necessary. Most of the info can be found by searches, that's why I have very little need to post. This is basically a poll to inform me of additional quality bulb brands and member's experiences.

Thanx again,
Rich

I'm also looking for superwhite headlights, and not the blue tinted ones. And I don't want to have to change these things in 6 months. I'm considering the Sylvania 9003CB.
