Washed her and smoked my clear corners with PlastiDip Smoke. Then added some dings to my rear door and fuel door via lawnmower and a rock pile my kids made in the yard. It matches my front quarter dent nicely! Thank god I didn't break a window.

How tough was this? How long did it take you? I ask because I think I'm next on this.

Replaced the front variable timing solenoid and finally got the thing running right. Now I just have to come up with the time to pull the cd player apart and fix that pesky ribbon cable. Along with whatever other issues come up from a crappy previous owner.(car was bought with blown motor from over heating, bald tires, abandoned, and had the trunk full of items like someone was living in it.) I got a good deal on it though so I'm not complaining.

Went and picked up some factory side skirts (rocker mouldings) from the junkyard to install of my 00. I just need to sand them down and paint them to match since my color blue was only on 00 and 01 maxima and all the side skirts came from 02 and 03's so there's no way to find them in my color.

Hahaha, I know what you mean!! I love them, they remind me of the C6 rims. They look really sharp with your color scheme. I have Enkei Bortex and I'm not a fan of them.

Thanks man, I'm going to start the search!!

i wouldn't pay any more than 4 bills for a set with tires if you do find them, since they are pretty old and are discontinued.. i got 5 wheels with tires for $300

Good looking out man, I appreciate it. That's a hell of a price for those rims, good choice. I've been looking for something a little more five star-ish, these are perfect. Now, the hard part. I gotta find me some.

It only took me about an hour or two and it was fairly easy. My next task is to replace the backs as they are starting to rust.

It looks like a you bought them. I'm gonna do some looking into this. I wonder if the smoke or a shiny black would look better with my black paint?

Put in my ebay motor mounts.

They are the smaller
manual ones that have a much much harder rubber...
Yea it feels like poly to me.

Stock front mount was destroyed
which was causing the clunking, but the rear was fine.
Going to do the side mounts later this week as I see the passenger one cracked too.

Just food for thought why the manual had the harder, smaller rubber mounts is
that in drive the autois a noise, vibrating *****.
But when I slap it in neutral it's fine.

Nope, 350z - better offset.

Finally, I am back!!! Been MIA from the org for almost a month. Had my first kid a little over a month ago and also bought and moved into a new house. And even in the midst of the craziness I still managed to install my QT link in the rear, and I finally got the shop to install (for now) new muffler a tip.

I did.
I think it was fuse 10 and 12.
Somebody suggested that in my thread.

If you're interested.
God bless.
