Xmission ATF hose for ATF fluid change

Flanker 84 recommends disconnecting the ATF hose to the transmission to purge old transmission fluid.
Can someone tell me where it is located and how hard is it to get to? Do you need a new gasket or O ring when you reconnect it??
Flanker84's instructions:
Disconnect the hose of the transmission cooler that directs the ATF into your transmission and connect it to another hose and put it into a bucket. SECURE THAT HOSE!
- Refill your transmission with the same amount of ATF that you drain. (Dex/Merc III or Nissan ATF)
- Start your car to drain the old ATF into your torque converter, all the old ATF will go into your bucket. Stop the car and refill your A/T until you see that the ATF that comes out into your bucket it's bright red.
- Reconnect your transmission cooler hose into your A/T. Refill to the recommended level.

The hose is the return line that runs from the radiator to the transmission, on my 01' Maxima it's the hose that connects to the BOTTOM of the radiator on the DRIVER'S side. No gaskets, just a standard hose retaining clip to remove. You have to remove the (driver's side) plastic dust shield on the bottom of the car to access the hose.
I found it much much easier to remove the hose from the radiator, and connect some tubing from that to a milk container marked up with quart lines. You'll find that the small amount of fluid in the hose you remove from the radiator will drip out, so that old fluid will be cleared out too.

Thanks for the quick reply Pilm.
How fast does the old fluid come out? I was going to use my remote starter to start the car and kill the engine when enough comes out.
