I heard the blackberry visor mount is pretty good and works with any Bluetooth enabled phone. I actually had one but never used it. The person who bought it was quite pleased tho. Cheap too.

I know you said you were looking for a solution using your stock radio, but I upgraded from my Bose stock radio to the Alpine CDE-147BT and it has built in Bluetooth and I love it. I press the phone button on the radio face and it pulls up a menu of contacts, recently dialed, recently received, and more nonsense. I click like two buttons and I'm connected to the person I want to talk to. I mounted my Microphone on the headliner just above my driver area. Super easy and doesn't distract you from driving. In many states talking and driving is becoming illegal, so Bluetooth devices are becoming more and more popular. I love mine

I'm not a stereo guy.
Is there a unit that doesn't look so aftermarket?
Something all black perhaps?

Gets fun to play with when u first get it. And the unit I got is all black doesn't look bad. What looks bad is crappy bezel u have to install

In regards to the crappy bezel, might want to upgrade to a double din unit... The metra install just have a perfect color matched double din bezel. I have a pioneer p3300bt dvd/navigation. Though it doesn't stream music via BT, it takes and receives calls with get sound quality. I have bluetooth adapter in the front 3.5 mm jack for when I want to stream music and don't want to listen to the 32gb sd card that installed.

Off topic: And why do you go to Honda for oil changes?
