keep driving with SES light on, what would happen?

keep driving with SES light on, what would happen?
I no it's not smart, but just wondering what would happen....yeah, tried the search, no info on that...anyone?

I drove with my SES light on for like 3K+ miles.. I noticed that during this period of time I got really ****ty fuel miles /gallon.. My O2 sensors were off and making my car run lean... Apparently too much air was going to my trottle because of my cai. Took that out put back my jwt and all is well now..

Depends on the code. You still haven't resolved the problem with the
dealer ?
