2002 Maxima SE clicking noise
So for the past few days I've noticed a clicking-type noise coming from the front drivers side when I'm coasting in gear (6MT). It doesn't seem to happen (or maybe it just becomes MUCH quieter) when I'm on the gas, brakes, or out of gear. The frequency and loudness of the clicking increases with speed. I jacked it up, took the wheels off, and let it idle in 6th to take a video so that hopefully one of you smarter people could help me out here. Sorry about the bad camerawork, I was kinda fumbling with my phone while trying not to get anything snagged in the lug bolts.
As a side note, I noticed that my drivers side wheel hub has WAY less resistance to turning. As in, I can turn my driver's side with one hand easily, while the passenger side takes 2 hands and significant effort. I figured this is why my car pulls to the right a bit, I wonder if it has anything to do with the clicking as well.
Anyway, thanks in advance, and here's the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zcnb...ature=youtu.be
And pictures of both brake pads in case it's brake-related: http://imgur.com/a/ur7I6
Sorry if the problem is super obvious and I'm just an oblivious idiot, but I am a bit of an oblivious idiot at times.

clicking sound
Check the baffle (metal plate that cover half of the rotor. Push it out to avoid touching the rotor.
Check your passenger caliper, the piston might be stuck. Drive your car for few miles then touch both driver and passenger wheels , or part of the caliper, not the rotor, which one is hotter.
Wheel bearing usually produce a humming sound.
Warped rotor produce metallic sound and the steering wheel will vibrate upon application of brake.

Well I'm not 100% sure what I did, but I fiddled with the passenger caliper, made sure the baffle was out of the way, put the wheels on extra tight, and everything is fixed, thanks!
I usually impact wrench my lugs on, with a wrench that's rated for 210 ft-lbs, but I just give it a quick little shot. I measured with my torque wrench once before and a quick little burst gets it to about 100 ft-lbs, is this close enough or should I be more precise and use a torque wrench for every lug, every time?
