Eeks: my front left completely failed at 215,000. :-) You'll hear a million different opinions on this. I bought Monroe's Sensatrac quick struts

Illuminas were the best fitted with Progress Sport Springs...But Tokico USA went bankrupt and the new owners are reorganizing and won't be available til Aug/Sept....Progress aren't available new anymore no longer produced...But Koni Yellows and H&R were designed to match one another and offer an awesome ride!

I use kyb struts and shocks and I am currently sitting on tuning pro lowering springs from amazon, they feel really good, the ride is a bit more stiff but that's fine for me, the springs cost $110 from amazon and are prime, you can get the kyb kit with all four corners for $315 I think, but you need to also pick up mounts and boots for them as well so it adds up to like $400 for the shocks and struts

The springs I mentioned, Illuminas and Koni Yellow are both abjustable....you can adjust the rebound/jounce from soft to hard....and tune in the ride you like either Cadillac soft to BMW sporty!

Im lowered on Maxspeeds and GR2, good ride but havent seen maxspeeds available in a long time. H&R would be your best bet.
