Finding the perfect wheel offset dillema

Okay so i have a 2000 SE with rear 25mm spacers, fits perfect.

Next season I want to get something that has a concave look and therefore not going to need wheel spacers. Love the concave look, Ive been looking at Vossen Cv3s or STR 607s

BUT
I cant find any wheels with zero or negative offset since i have 25mm spacers (rear) and my current wheels are +25mm offset my theory is that a zero offset wheel will be concave and the edge of the rim will fit flush to my wheel well (rolled already) and in the front something with +15/+10 offset should fit perfectly.
I live in a ****ty area so no one really around that knows how to help.
