I have a 2000 Nissan Maxima GLE and have tried everything to reprogram my key fobs to work without any luck. I covered every internet thread and post on how to program it and none of them work. Does anyone out there have any suggestions on what the issue may be or what I may be doing wrong? Thanks in advance for the help!!

I had that same issue. I bought a couple earlier this year and they came with instructions on how to program them, but they didn't work so I returned them.

make sure your key fob has the right FCC ID number for that year, since you need to look on the back of the fob and it shows your FCC ID number what works on that model and year, not all remote works since it happened to me, when I got one from Ebay and it was listed for my 01 Nissan Maxima, but the fob really goes on the Sentra and has a different FCC ID number, regardless it will not work so I had to get refund on it.

Check the back of the keyfob for fccid:NHVWBU43 or else!
