Bluetooth for 2003 maxima Bose stereo

Couldn't find an updated answer to this. I'm looking for a Bluetooth car kit I can integrate with the stock Bose system. Something to play music wirelessly and accept calls and talk thru the stereo system. Anyone have any recommendations? If none exists than what aftermarket steror systems do u guys suggest?

Grom audio... Using it for years plugs in and your done... Can stream music and make calls

I hate reviving old thread but which one works on the 02-03 Bose units? I searched the site and see 5 models but all of them say for single CD units and the Bose has the 6 CD changer.
