Replace the precat : expensive (OEM cost: $599.00 parts only& aftermarket cost: $299.00 )
Install headers+ 02 Sim or nonfouler
Gut both precat:
Precat near the radiator and precat near the firewall. Install 02 sensor nonfouler to the two secondary 02 sensor. Dont fix the 02 sensor, that specific code means a clogged precat or a deteriorating precat that eventually messed up the engine, you need to replace, gut , removed it and install headers.

UPDATEE !, still iffy
i listened to you guys and installed the non foulers check engine light has been gone for about 190 miles . i didnt get a chance to punch out my precat in the front . scared its going to mess up my motor , heard bad cat could do that . i am thinking of getting warspeed ypipe instead of punching out rear precat (bank 1 by firewall) but would i get a check engine light if i install the y pipe, and where would bank 1 sensor 2 go . thanks for anyhelp guys .

Most people have CELs, some don't. I would say since you already have one that it would persist. Try the defouler on the new Y and see what happens. If that doesn't work you can extend it or use an angled one. Worst case is O2 sim, but they're so easy to wire up and work like a charm.

That's exactly what you should do if you don't care about headers. The front cat will just fall out, usually. ****ing junk!

He's gouging a bit though. Was about $100 cheaper yesterday, but it will still sell out fast.

i might as well just gut precat and use warspeed y pipe .. is the rear cat in the back really needed ?not talking about the precat .Cali spec
