01 maxima pulling to the right

If it happens at a consistent speed, I'd say it's the alignment wasn't done correctly. Say 40-60 MPH cruise control type speed.
If this only started happening after they did the control arms, it is more than likely their causing.
Here's things you could check though:
-Tire Pressure
-Mismatching tires
-A sticking brake caliper
