Recently I got the code for a P0037 which is the Heater Control Circuit is reading low for the Bank 1 Sensor 2

Last year around this same time I got the P0138 which is a code for the same sensor but it never came back on after I cleared it unlike this code & the sensor was not replaced

My question is, is the heater a separate part of the O2 Sensor or is the Heated O2 Sensor one whole item because I got kinda confused looking at the parts list on RockAuto, if anyone could let me know what the corresponding parts along with possibly the part number for the OEM part that would be greatly appreciated

P0037 & p0138
P0037 & P0138: is the secondary 02 sensor with white wire (H02S2-B1) Bank 1 Rear (sensor 2):
Temporary fix: replace the 02 sensor
Permanent fix: replace precat near the firewall.

Ideal and cheapest way is to gut both precat (one near the radiator and one near the firewall) and install 02 nonfouler to the two secondary 02 sensor (one with white wire and one with red wire)

that's what I was thinking, but it all depends when my dealership has time to work on my car, if they can do it within the next few days I'll probably just buy one from the stealership

another quick question,

would the part I would be looking for be listed as "Downstream Rear" ?

Is "frontstream" referring to the sensors before the pre-cat?

https://www.rockauto.com/catalog/mor...nid=447&jpid=4 this is the part I'm looking at
