VIAC making rattling noise

VIAC making rattling noise
Hello I was wondering why my VIAC is making a rattling noise at around 1500 rpm-I can hear it inside the intake manifold.. I attached a picture. Thanks 
The noise i hear is inside the manifold-Right where the linkage is to that vac dia!
