2000 nissan maxima Has a problem not sure what?!

Every time i drive my Nissan Maxima and turn corners i get a weird Creaking sound like an old door in a house, it gets really annoying. Just had look under my car, was wiggling the wheel around a bit to find out where it was coming from. It looks like it could be the CV axle but not sure how to tell, i can spin the front driver wheel a couple of inches and it makes a ticking sound i am almost sure is coming from there, you can feel the vibrations when you wrap your hand around the one axle and turn the wheel. Plus the steering wheel shakes a bit when on the highway. Any ideas on what it could be?

YOu just described three different symptoms.

The creaking is likely a loose bolt/nut, or worn out suspension parts like end links or lower control arms.

The axles and CV joints are a separate issue and it sounds like they need to be replaced. The ticking sound and vibration sounds like bad CV joints and/or axles.
