Fuel Tank Filler Neck replacement ??s
Hello
On my 2003 Auto SE 196k
Service engine light came on; went to Auto Zone P0440 Evaporative Emission Control System Malfunction. Looked at the gas cap, seem ok when filling up I noticed that I was leaking gas. Ordered a new Fuel tank filler neck - SPECTRA from rock auto.
My questions on the replacing the filler neck are ,
What is the best remove all the hoses off the old filler neck ?
Should I have a emptied tank of gas or more full ?
Any assists / thoughts is appreciated!!
