Cat replacement question

When installing an high flow exhaust system,would I need to replace the cats too
The system I have is obx exhaust headers with an HKS rear exhaust system...

Precats are obviously deleted from the headers. Main cat will be left. You can leave it as is, gut it or get a test pipe (240sx TPs fit).
