My 2000 Maxima GXE is riding on 16" 215 55R.

Looking at buying used winter tires on rims. So far I know that they are 215/70R 16 with a 5 bolt 114.3 pattern. Will they fit, from knowing just those specs?

Not certain if they would fit, but the 2.5" larger diameter will play havoc with the ABS/traction control system if so equipped and look a little ridiculous on the front. You can turn the wheel to see if there is 1"+ clearance around the tire.

I never thought about the abs or traction control to be honest. In the end, I chose not to try it
