Automatic Transmission Flush Method

My tranny is due for a fluid change. I have been having it flushed every 30K without issue. I'm just about at 120K now.

Instead of having it done by a shop I was thinking about doing it myself and discovered this method:

Looks pretty good to me. It seems like it ought to be doable on a 5.5 gen, but I thought I would ask all of you what you think.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Since you've been regularly servicing your tranny, just do a simple a drain & fill.

The above flush method is mainly for neglected transmissions.
