Will 5.5 gen wheel fit on 7th gen?
#3
In your opinion.
Assuming he has the 17" 5.5 gen wheels, they should fit fine (might need to check brake clearance though). You could always jack up a front corner and test fit the wheel without a tire to check that.
Since they are for winter tires, the 17" will be better than the 18" anyway, so I say go for it. Post some pics if you do go that route to see what they look like.
I have these in 17" on mine for winter wheels and they do look quite small, but not too bad: http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...racite+Painted
If you go to the photoshop/artwork forum, someone there might be able to photoshop it for you to see what it would look like.

Thanks! Yea, its the 5.5 gen TE wheels. Care less how it looks. Its just for 2-3 months tops. I just worry about it clearing the brakes. I will test it out soon and let y'all know but looks like I won't be able to try it before this crazy winter storm hitting the ne. Next week hopefully. Thanks again!
