Bought Stinger Digital Battery Terminal, What about positive battery fuse?
So I'm in a hurry. I'm not the biggest electrical guy, but my car is at the top of a parking deck with no power or electricity. So last night I had to install my Stinger Digital Battery Terminal. We cut and stripped the pattery chords and put them into the stinger terminal. However, We couldnt figure out how to attach the 120amp fusable link that was on the positive battery terminal. It used to be attached via that plastic piece with a screw and bolt. The stinger battery terminal is direct attachment into the terminal. How can i incorporate that fusable link? I had to get another jump this morning, made it to class. As soon as i turned my car off, no power or electricity. I'm GUESSING it's that. Or maybe need a new battery from having too many jumps prior to doing this job.
Not having the fusible link wont cause your battery to fail.
It sounds like you have a draw or the battery is dead and not holding a charge.
If you want to keep the fuse you can use an inline fuse from a stereo shop or the auto parts store. They make large ones for big systems. Just get one for 120 amps.

I don't know about the grounding kit but there are all sorts of different inline fuse holders available. It's just a fuse. It has no effect till it pops.
For the stereo power you could just tap into one of the power lines after it leaves the stinger.
Another clean option would be to run a power line from the positive post on the starter.
