New springs/struts using old parts?!

So I bought some vogtland springs and stagg struts, they didn't come with any of the hardware. Isolator, top hat ect.

So I ordered new front top hats and the little bearing thing and just reused the stuff from the old front strut assembly, all went fine. Figured the rear would be just as easy if not easier.

But my rear springs are compressed almost too much? I didn't need to use the spring compressor for them and after using all the old spring parts it doesn't get tight enough to actually put any pressure on the spring so the hat just spins. I'm wondering if I actually need to use ALL the pieces from the old one or not?

I got the strut>boot/bumpstop>little bowl thing>Metal sleeve>big bushing>top hat>little bushing>metal washer>14mm bolt. (Not entirely sure what they're all actually called haha)

Thanks

yeah if i ever reuse anything old i use it all unless its crap broken.. I did front and back shocks, springs and the rears were the worst to do!! I could hardly fit my damn hand back there. I tore a piece of frame out to access the damn mounts.. I dunno how nissan expects us dumb Americans to fit our big hands through little fist sized holes..

The rears aren't under as much pressure and can be done without a spring compressor. That part's normal.

Well I managed to get them on finally, had to cut down one of the bushings a little bit so it would actually have some pressure.

But these springs are awesome!
At least 3x better handling than the previous setup. (my rear struts were garbage though)

Well worth the 350$
