I am having a problem with my car, when I put it intro reverse, drive and the low gears it doesn't move at all. When I put it back into park it makes a really loud noise, I'm not sure what could be the cause of this but I really want to fix this because I don't want to get rid of this car just yet. Thanks in advance for any help.

Buy a used trans from a junkyard for whatever you can afford. $200 And have a buddy swap it in for you. It can be done anywhere with basic tools. I used a 2x4 (piece of wood) and rope the first time and I had someone lift the trans up on the rope and used the wood across the inner fender lips to hold the rope/trans while I put the bolts in. That was before harbor frieght and $100 trans jack and they even have a metal version of my redneck setup. I've also used a regular floor jack to move the trans. At first I was under the impression that can't be done but once you see a few things you view things differently. It's easy, good luck.
