ABS not functioning

First post, new member! Tried a search but came up with nothing as this one is a bit weird. Car is a 2002 Maxima that we've made into a chump/champ race car. It's gutted, caged, etc. Still running all stock Ecu, and wiring (though some wiring has been cut out). Some wiring was cut into from the POs viper alarm and wiring (like speaker wire) goin every which way. I've tried my best to return it back and clean up all the spliced wires.

ABS is not working. Brakes are all fine it's just when I stand on the brakes they lock up with no ABS.

No codes/fault on my OBD reader (well... no abs codes at least!) and no abs light on dash so I'm assuming wheel sensors are all still good and sensor wiring seems to trace back as far as I can follow it (no cut wires). Will a standard eBay reader pick up all possible abs codes? Or could I be missing some that a proper mechanics reader would see?

funny thing too, the right turn signal is giving a solid light (not flashing, on all the time) both on the dash and at the lights. I reinstalled the turn signal stalk to ensure it was in the neutral position and that didn't do anything. Brake lights are also constantly on but not sure why.

Any ideas? Any wiring gurus out there that may be able to help?

well with the lights even if they are working if the voltage is not what the ECU likes it will be a problem.
If you replace the lights the CAN system looks for a certain voltage. For instance you just can't put cheap LED bulbs in it will be a problem. Need ones that fool the CAN system.

ABS stuff i am not getting into that

Thanks krismax. FWIW, the bulbs that were in there were OEM (or at least working previously). So not too sure.

Does anyone know where the ABS control unit (listed as J in the picture) is or what it looks like?
