Long story short, Im not 100% certain which coil connector off the harness goes to which coil. Normally in the past I would be able to tell just by how the harness sat, and how each connector "best fit" with a particular coil. However my harness has been all jumbled up during the motor swap I just did and now im not confident which connector goes where. Are there any resources that tell you which connector has what color wires? Ie; they all have a red + black wire for 12v + ground, but iirc each connector has a signal wire that is a unique color for that cylinder. FSM does not seem to list signal wire colors or at least I couldnt find it. Anyone know where I can get this info? FYI this is also a 2002 SE, not sure if different trims/years have differing colors used for the wiring. If anyone has any other suggestions on how to determine the proper placement of each connector for my coils im all ears, thanks guys.

Page 709 and 710 of Engine Control has your coil wiring diagrams with wire colors. Now get that sucker fired up!
