Y-pipe / catalytic efficiency
I was told I have a cat efficiency code even tho I don't see it pending but it's an 02 gle I was wondering where the best place to buy the y-pipe and cats from preferably cheap as possible

If you don't have a code, don't be so quick to replace things. Are you experiencing problems? If so, what are they? "I have been told" is nebulous, you need better facts both for yourself and us if you expect us to help.
