Rear trail arm - Torque Specs?

Hello All,
A while back I installed a set of ES trail arm bushings but I'm experiencing a clunk sound in the rear when traveling over bumps that require the suspension to work quickly. I have a theory that I might have torque the trail arm nuts/bolts down too much and therefore not allowing the rear axle to move as freely as it should. Can someone tell me what these nuts/bolts should be torque to? I've searched and haven't found it yet. Thanks in advance.
