Brembo Rotors and EBC Yellow Stuff Pads
Nothing crazy for this post. Not much else going on in the forum but "help me" threads.
Found some cool Brembo drilled discs for my '08 350Z calipers:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Brembo-Xtra...Z/362504194262
They are close enough dimensionally to work. The OD is 4mm greater than the non-Brembo equipped 350Z disc which is what I'm running, so I gotta pull calipers and do some filing. Doing this because the coating on the Brembo rotors I have now was removed when I had them cut down by my machinist and the unsightly rust on the circumference of the disc is getting all over the inside of the wheels. Ick. I take my wheels OFF and scrub them down in the bathtub once a month or so and I don't want to have to deal with rust stains. I am not going to cut the drilled discs, and instead, I am going to file groves in the calipers to retain the coating.
Also, anyone have any experience with EBC Yellow Stuff? I'm thinking about pairing the drilled discs with these pads. I don't really care about dust as I don't mind cleaning my wheels, but does anyone know how aggressive they are? Might I have to throw Yellow Stuff on the rear too or will the bias remain manageable?:

Also, I'm still working on the Brembo 6 pot project. A lot of stuff has been put on hold throughout the holidays and such, family stuff and so on. I haven't purchased anything yet, and I am still searching for caliper diagrams so that I can start taking measurements. If the lateral side of the caliper extends too far laterally, I will scrap the project. I will not run wheel spacers or go beyond 18" dia. wheels with an excessive offset to accommodate them.

i just bought some power stop slotted and drill rotors for $114 for all 4 off amazon with Akebono pads and motul DOT 5.1 brake fluid and Nisformance stainless hoses. pretty the power stops are designed for trucks but, happen to fit, they sure don't seem anemic as far as girth.
