Bypass the governor help

Hi guys I own a 2001 Nissan Maxima vafc2 tunes but an auto and I have a governor is their any way to bypass it or do I have to change the ecu also an important factor I have a vq30de not a vq35

It would help to know some information. where do you live ? What kind of governor ?
