Odd "Misfire" After 3000rpm
I recently purchased a 2002 Nissan Maxima SE 3.5 with a 6 speed and have been pulling my hair out over an issue I thought was small. I've been searching far and wide the internet for answers but nothing has solved my problem yet. What happens is while accelerating past 3000rpm it seems to lose power and sometimes is so bad that the car lurches or simply stops accelerating. No cel for misfire or anything, but it occasionally throws p0455 but I doubt that's related. So far what I've done:
Replaced spark plugs
Replaced fuel pump
Replaced MAF and reprogram ECU
Checked for vacuum leaks
Cleared Cats
I'm at a loss as to what to try next, so if anyone has suggestions I'd be happy to hear them out, thank you!

Thanks for the response! I ended up finding out that it was a tear in the underside of the flexible intake tube. Didn't even think to check before the throttle body initially
