Is it possible to swap the intake from a 2008 G35 with my 5th gen 3.5l, essentially it's the same engine except for the intake not sure if it would make a difference performance wise but definitely look better, if so what would I need to do the swap, parts wise?

 

There is a big issue with your idea, FWD vs RWD. You can't turn your engine around. The VQ35HR has dual throttle bodies and where would you put the additional tubing and filter?


The single TB 350z intake has been done before. Some have cut and rewlded the inlet to fit under the hood of a Max.
