Transmission Knock? See Video

Not sure what else it could be, but I think my transmission is knocking? Only happens in gear, and stops when put in neutral or drive. So by matter of deductive logic, decoupling the transmission from the engine isolates the transmission. I've checked the fluid twice and the level appears correct. It doesn't give me any other problems and shifts fine. No idea what inside a transmission could "knock", but there it is. I checked the video with headphones before I uploaded it and the knocking sound is faint, but is audible. Anyone have any ideas?

In case anyone in the future sees this thread, the noise issue was resolved. I added 16oz of tranny fluid and the noise went away. I knew I had a small leak/weep, and checked the fluid level twice, which looked good, but adding that much must have replaced what has leaked out over the span of two years. No a leak worth looking into or fixing, but all is good/back to normal, and there ya go.

Actually low fluid level shouldn't cause anything except slipping and it would have to be multiple qts low.

Hmmm, then not sure to what I can attribute the disappearance of the sound. I just finished my front end "to do" list yesterday and put 10 miles on it since getting alignment. It's whisper quiet now. The only thing I touched tranny-wise was new axles and fluid.

Well, I lied. The sound still exists. Not sure what happened. Maybe having the car on jacks for 5 days then driving it again I lost my sensitivity to it, but it's still totally there. REally wish I could figure this out.
