Got a 2002 Nissan Maxima just replaced timing guides, chain, tensioners, water pump, coil packs spark plugs, battery and, whole bunch of others. Yet when I turn it over white smoke comes out the exhaust only off crank then stops. I believed it to be my piston rings but someone told me it could be antifreeze. Any opinions would help
