Bose stereo/aftermarket kenwood deck, no sound now after it sat all winter.

I have a Kenwood kdc-bt362u in my maxipad with the bose system. It worked completely fine before winter when the ypipe and precat rusted out. So it sat from Nov. approximately, until today June 1st. Now there is absolutely no sound coming from the stereo. It beeps when I change sources so I know the speakers are still good. I didn't do anything to it but let it sit and the battery died. And now I have no sound from any source and it won't change radio stations when I hit the button. Any clues as to wth happened while it sat lol?

My girls. Black auto. Gray manual.
