P0021 & p1574

The car has been fine no problems other than needing the front suspension replaced which I plan on doing soon, but all the sudden it wouldn't go over 10mph and 1500rpm, pulled in a parking lot, put it in park waited like a minute then it worked fine again. I checked the OBDLink and have P0021 and P1574.

Any ideas or suggestions on where to start with this? I've never had either one of these codes before and still going research on them as well.

How many CPS are there if I decide to change them?

RockAuto has 3 Hitachi ones listed Left, Right, and Lower but the YouTube videos I've been watching on it only show 2 of them.
I just changed the oil and filter the day before that happened, could it have been sludge or something inside making it think something is wrong?

It's an auto trans, 3.5L if that makes a difference.

I've been getting a P0021 occasionally since I did my swap but the car runs fines. I'm thinking maybe a sensor issue since the engine came in with valve cover damage from a frontal accident..

Could be VTC selenoid. They are 2, one on each bank.
