Problem
2000 Maxima with close to 3K miles. A belt squealed and then wouldn’t idle. There was some smoke. I removed the main belt and the idler pulley was shot. I removed the belt and started it up and it still will not idle. Only thing left to put a drag on the engine is the power steering pump.
