if i put hyper white bulbs in my clear corners and turning signals how would that look?..is it illegal?

 

Yes it's illegal.

 

If your state has adopted Title 108 of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, the clear markers are illegal regardless of what color the bulb is.

I would venture to guess that even in states where the law on clear markers isn't directly defined based on Title 108, it is at least illegal for the markers to emit anything other than amber and red when illuminated.

Oh yeah but if the cop is nice he'll give you a summons for defective something and all you have to do is change the bulb bring it to the nearest precinct before sundown the next day and an officer will have to come out and look at it and sign the summons, mail that back and they will dismiss it. no points, no fines. if you're lucky.
changed all my lights back to stock, which took a while went to the precinct and the lady never even came out, she just signed. what a pain!
