When do you change the tranny fluid?

I just bought a 2001 SE/AE and in the maint manual it does not have the tranny fluid listed? Is it to be used for 100,00 miles? TNX

If U got the car Automatic then the tranny fluid needs to be replaced at about 15K miles. stick shifts can last a bit longer but don't like to wait that long. I have a 5spd and I change mine about 6-8Kmiles. Try to use synthetic fluids. Use RedLine MT-90 for Manual tranny and Some Synthetic for Auto... they both use about 4qts. Good luck.
